LAYING TRACKS
I recently discovered parts of a toy train set in my dad's attic. He has lived in the same house since he was 2 so I imagine he was just done playing with it one day and it's sat there ever since. He then went on to become a train engineer, so I don't think he missed it. I'm now obsessed with trying to assemble a train set in my house. It would have to be a vintage set though, not too much plastic. I want it to be fairly discreet, just a train swishing by in the background from time to time. It would feel like Christmas all year

FULL TIME EXPLORER
I woke up today at 12pm. I hate it when I do that. I feel gross and the apartment always seems too hot. Must of been the Nyquil I took last night. I didn't really neeeeed it, but sometimes I enjoy a little cough syrup lullaby. Anyway, today I am not going to let my late rising ruin my day, today I'm going to go exploring. I should go before it gets dark, but I'll let you know what treasures I find.

FANCY LADIES
So I was out last night having a drink at my local tavern (which apparently turned into a brief case under the table singles bar overnight). Sitting next to me was this table of 40 somethings having a great time, but when I looked again and I noticed that they were only about 20! They were all seriously dressed like a cross between Lady Di and Hillary Clinton. Even their hair was looking old! Is this what the kids are doing these days? Lady Di IS pretty hot!

WHO LET THESE GUYS IN THE SUPERBOWL?
So I'm sitting here watching Bruce Springsteen and the E Street Band perform at the Superbowl halftime show and who do I see on stage but Max Weinberg from Conan O'Brien, and Steven Van Zandt from the Sopranos! Little did I know they ARE the E Street Band! What the hell, how come no one tells me about these things? I also saw La Bamba from Conan in the mix, but I think he just snuck on there. Ok, that's enough it's making me feel a little nauseous talking about it for so long.
